Job description
1、To be responsible for providing consulting services of cross-regional office site selection and overall transaction management services for corporate customers
2、To independently complete the execution of leasing transactions, connect with customers and CCRA’s offices and partners in global or domestic cities and provide customers with efficient solutions and consulting services
3、To coordinate and manage cross-regional services and resources cooperation and solve pain points facing customers
4、To maintain good relations with corporate customers and explore new needs in new cities or departments on the basis of existing customer cooperation
5、To undertake business development and the company’s key customers, and translate new sales opportunities into long-term partnerships or preferred partnerships
6、To maintain and manage regional service teams and partnerships nationwide and worldwide, and ensure the timeliness and quality of customer services
7、To go on business trips domestically for project follow-up, customer site recommendation, and negotiation with owners and partner companies, and ensure efficient implementation of leasing office space requirements
8、To perform other tasks assigned by the management
 
Job requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above
2、Experience of 3-5 years or above in office leasing transaction. Those with experience in corporate purchasing or real estate department are preferred
3、Familiar with the office leasing process, with transaction negotiation skills and relevant project bidding experience
4、Strong awareness of customer service, strong executive capacity, and willingness to rise to challenges
5、Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
6、Good copy-writing skills and proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word software
7、Teamwork spirit
8、Decent and good at communication and problem solving
