Professional experience
He has been working in the real estate industry for more than 19 years, and accumulated abundant and comprehensive industry knowledge and resources. Before 2009, he worked for a developer and successively held posts in Yinda Property and HongKong Land, where he was responsible for asset management and investment attraction and leasing business. In 2009, he started to provide corporate real estate consulting services and once worked in Asia Pacific Properties, where he was responsible for corporate customer agency business. In 2015, he worked as Associate Director of Office Services Department at Colliers, and led the team to provide various services for corporate customers, covering office building relocation, lease renewal, lease expansion, integration, surrender of tenancy, termination and so on. In years of practice, Mr. Li has accumulated a deep understanding of real estate demands related to enterprise development from many aspects such as the area, geographical location and operation situation. He believes, they should give priority to the formulation of real estate strategies that align with customers’ business development plans in their work. With years of experience in provision of professional services and great passion for work, Li has maintained good cooperative relations with a wide range of owners and customers. He has assisted customers in successfully completing the commissioned work, and been recommended by customers for many times. The companies he has worked with for a long time not only include emerging players in the industry, but also Fortune 500 companies, which are distributed in the fields of financial institutions, manufacturing, Internet technology, medicine, legal services, consumer goods, energy, etc.
